In this one-day training, you will learn the principles of Harvard negotiation, leading to agreements that make you happy, while you maintain a healthy and positive relationship with the other party.

We cover the basics and negotiation styles, and then proceed with Harvard negotiation rules, and optional topics such as cultural differences, gender, multi-party negotiation, constituencies, power or setting boundaries.
