The No Club - Putting a stop to women's dead-end work
Women in academic environments are more likely than their male colleagues to take on tasks that contribute little to career advancement—such as committee work, coordination, or invisible care and service roles.
Inspired by the book The No Club by Linda Babcock and colleagues (2022), this workshop helps you recognize these patterns and make conscious choices that better support your career progression.
